Spectrum Training Solutions was founded in 2020 with this original mission: to maximize the safety and effectiveness of interactions with the special needs population. Since the establishment of the business, training topics have expanded to meet the needs of clients as well as the industries receiving training to now include police and fire departments, police academies, early childhood education, higher education, and hospital systems. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized training that is specific to your agency and industry.

The founder of Spectrum Training Solutions, Dr. Stephanie Zoltowski-Siordia, is a military veteran who served as a police officer in the Navy. She earned her Doctorate of Business Psychology in 2015, specializing in business consulting and employee performance and productivity. Her specialties are professional development, mental health training, and behavioral therapy and programming for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

She has several certifications including Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor (CPI), ASIST Suicide Training, Mental Health First Aid, Domestic Violence & Abuser Intervention, and Behavioral Health for Military Personnel. Since its inception in 2020, Spectrum Training Solutions has traned over 2,600 personnel and 50+ organizations.
