Founded in 2020, Spectrum Training Solutions began with a mission to enhance the safety and effectiveness of interactions with the special needs population. Over time, our training programs have expanded to serve police and fire departments, academies, early childhood education, higher education, and hospital systems. We tailor each training to meet the unique needs of every agency and industry.

Meet Our Founder

Dr. Stephanie Zoltowski-Siordia, a Navy veteran and former police officer, holds a Doctorate in Business Psychology specializing in employee performance and productivity. With expertise in professional development, mental health training, and behavioral therapy, she brings a deep understanding of real-world challenges.

Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI), ASIST Suicide Training, Mental Health First Aid, and more, Dr. Zoltowski-Siordia has led Spectrum Training Solutions in training over 2,600 professionals across 50+ organizations since 2020.
